MS Cross Country Regional Meet @ Moccasin Bend

• Meet Times:
• Girls run at 9/ Boys run at 9:30/ Awards at 10 am 
• Location: same as McCallie Invite (Moccasin Bend)
• Meet as a team at 8:15 am for warm-ups! 
• Same course as last year regionals!! Yayy!!
• As of right now, only 5 teams have signed up. I believe there will be more teams involved.

• For knowing if we will go into another week of Cross Country, here is how the teams OR individuals can move onto State Championship:
• Top 5 teams (boys and girls) and the top 25 individuals outside of the top 5 teams qualify for the State Championships in Knoxville on October 20th.
