Alumni Homecoming Picnic

• Need 8 - 8 ft CCS-owned tables; all can be delivered to the FAC Gallery.
• Set up 6 in the Gallery for food; 2 outside - 1 for registration and 1 for Admission. 1 - 8  ft tables in the gallery practice room. 
• We'll use the Admissions tent. 
• Need 5 - 8ft. navy blue table cloths
• We'll be renting tables where people can sit to eat. 
• Pull over picnic tables from LS playground (plastic tops with metal bottoms).
• Need 200-260 white chairs that Chad is ordering (I don't remember how many he's ordering; let's claim all of them)
