Athletic Physicals at CCS

Cost is $25 each.

Physicals will not take place in the Varsity Gym Lobby because this space will be occupied. Families may pay the $25 with check or cash, or they may bill it to their TADS account.

All rising 6th-12th grade students who will be participating in athletics and/or Strength and Conditioning are required to get an athletic physical. Physicals are good throughout the 2018-2019 school year and summer 2019 activities if the physicals occur after April 15, 2018. More information regarding physicals and Magnus forms is forthcoming.
